Using your big bank or your realtor's buddy without shopping is a lot like staying at the Holiday Inn when you could be staying at the Ritz for less. They're either underwritten thru Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac and their automated underwriting system. It's not magic. Lines get crossed, and everyone's going after that same fish. I'm the charter boat captain taking you to my favorite spots I've learned over decades.
